Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most unworn, unaltered items with all original tags and packaging intact. Some restrictions apply.
How to Initiate a Return
- Request Authorization: Visit our Returns Portal
- Package Items: Include completed return form and original packaging
- Ship Back: Use provided prepaid label (U.S.) or preferred carrier (international)
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- $8 return fee deducted (waived for defective items)
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked as such)
- Worn or altered merchandise
- Personalized/customized pieces
- Swimwear & intimate apparel (hygiene reasons)
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return original item

Damaged/Defective Items
For quality issues:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/video
- We’ll arrange prepaid return & replacement
International Returns
- Customer responsible for return shipping
- Refund excludes original shipping/duties
- Processing may take +3 business days
