Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most unworn, unaltered items with all original tags and packaging intact. Some restrictions apply.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Authorization: Visit our Returns Portal
  2. Package Items: Include completed return form and original packaging
  3. Ship Back: Use provided prepaid label (U.S.) or preferred carrier (international)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • $8 return fee deducted (waived for defective items)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked as such)
  • Worn or altered merchandise
  • Personalized/customized pieces
  • Swimwear & intimate apparel (hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

For size exchanges:

  1. Return original item

Damaged/Defective Items

For quality issues:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos/video
  3. We’ll arrange prepaid return & replacement

International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping
  • Refund excludes original shipping/duties
  • Processing may take +3 business days
