Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
- Standard: 3-5 business days (Free on orders over 200/200/8 otherwise)
- Express: 2 business days ($15)
- Overnight: Available for most items ($25, order by 12 PM EST)
International Shipping:
- Standard: 7-14 business days (calculated at checkout)
- Express: 3-5 business days (calculated at checkout)
- Customs/duties: Customer’s responsibility
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Track your package here.
Important Notes
- Signature required for all orders over $500
- Address changes cannot be made after order ships
- Weekend/holiday deliveries not available
- Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons
International Considerations

- Customs clearance may add 2-3 days to delivery estimates

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive:
